Submitted feature films, short films and documentaries shall also be eligible to participate in the festival's parallel, non-competitive sections.

The Sixth Morelia International Film Festival will take place from October 4th-12th of 2008 in the city of Morelia, Michoacán.

Interested filmmakers should fill out the entry form available at www.moreliafilmfest.com and send DVD copy labeled with an enrollment number provided by the on-line submissions system to either festival office from the date of this publication until Friday, June 13, 2008 at 5:00 PM.

The list of selected films for the Mexican Short Film, Mexican Documentary, and Michoacán section will be announced at www.moreliafilmfest.com and will be published in the principal Mexican dailies on Sunday August 3rd, 2008.
