Ha dirigido tres largometrajes documentales, La cuerda floja (2008); El cuarto desnudo (2013) y Una Corriente salvaje (2018). Las dos últimas ganaron como Mejor Documental en el festival de Morelia. Sus películas han sido seleccionadas y premiadas en festivales como IDFA, Visions du Réel, Cinema du Réel o DocumentaMadrid. En el 2019 recibió el premio True Vision Award, que concede el festival True/False, por sus logros en el cine documental. El Guardián es su primera película de ficción.
