Image Pérez; Juan Javier Dirección, Guión, Sonido Juan Javier Pérez nació en 1989 en Chiapas, en el pueblo maya tsotsil de Zinacantán. Desde niño participó en ceremonias de su comunidad con su padre, un reconocido músico tradicional en Zinacantán. Es parte del grupo de rock tsotsil "Yibel". Estudió comunicación intercultural en la UNICH y cine en la Escuela de Cine Documental de San Cristóbal de las Casas. Vaychiletik es su primer largometraje.
