Hail Mary Full of Grace María, a seventeen year old girl, lives with her mother, grandmother, sister and nephew in a small town north of Bogotá. When she finds out she´s pregnant, and after getting into a terrible row with her boss, she quits and decides to take her chances in the city. On the way there she runs into Franklin, an old friend who offers her the chance to earn a lot of money as a courier. She soon finds herself on a plane to the U.S. with sixty-two paquets of heroin in her stomach
