Amphitryon. Happiness from the Clouds

The women of Thebes suffer waiting for their husbands to come back from war. The God Jupiter is attracted to one of them: Alkmene. After failing to seduce her in his true form, an old man, he disguises himself as her husband Amphitryon. When the real Amphitryon comes back, he accuses his wife of adultery and demands a divorce. Jupiter’s wife Juno also comes to earth to clear this up.
