His work has been presented at more than 10 film showings and festivals around the world and has won several awards, including a Special Mention at the 51st Rochester International Film Festival for his short fiction film El amante del padrino (2009) and the Four Stars Award at the British International Amateur Film Festival (BIAFF) for his musical video Hip Hop International for the hip hop group 12.
